چکیده

Introduction. The antigen complex of opportunistic pathogenic bacteria (ACOPB) has a protective effect against avian influenza viruses, herpes virus type 2, and other viruses that cause acute respiratory viral infections. In the context COVID-19 pandemic, an important task is to find out whether ACOPB SARS-CoV-2.
purpose study was evaluate in vitro virus-inhibitory activity Dubrovka laboratory strain Materials methods. performed using Vero cell line CCL-81, human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs), mouse monoclonal anti-idiotypic antibodies structurally mimicking biological effects interferons (IFNs), SARS-CoV-2. infectivity assessed by two methods: titration cultures limiting dilution method when results are cytopathic effect; second plaque assay. inhibition test culture susceptible SARS-CoV-2; mixture containing specific dose two-fold transferred after medication had interacted with at 4C for 2 hours. SARS-CoV-2 functional / IFN receptors (RIFN) PBMCs induced RIFN expression level measured indirect membrane immunofluorescence test.
Results. Hemagglutination assay chicken, mouse, guinea pig, red detection inhibitory protein. lysate CCL-81 infected demonstrated highest hemagglutination pig low titers virus-containing fluid. inhibited 10 doses titer 1 : 32, providing 100% protection 8 days (the monitoring period). on membranes decreased its interaction Dubrovka.
Conclusion. experimental studies including IFN-like properties both immunomodulatory effect.

Abstract Background and Objectives Clinical features of SARS-COV-2 virus include fever, headache, cough, sore throat, and shortness of breath, and in severe forms it leads to disseminated intravascular coagulation, septic shock, and ultimately death. Excessive secretion of proinflammatory cytokines such as TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1 leads to cytokine storms in this disease. The emergence of new va...

Achieving Effective Treatment Goals against New Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) by Identifying the Molecular Details of the Virus Genome

Introduction: We are currently faced with a global epidemic of a new coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) that It affects not only thousands of people in China, but all over the world. The rapid increase in cases appears to be related to the active genome of the virus, which may affect its pathogenesis. An understanding of the novel coronavirus genomic organization will help us in understanding their origi...

Inhibitory activity of Phaeobacter strains against aquaculture pathogenic bacteria.

A total of 523 bacterial strains were isolated during a 4-year period from mollusc hatcheries (flat oyster and clams) in Galicia (NW Spain). All of the strains were tested for their antibacterial activity against three larval pathogens (Vibrio anguillarum USC-72, V. neptunius PP-145.98, and Vibrio sp. PP-203). Of the isolates, 52 inhibited at least one of the target strains, and 11 inhibited al...
